Alan Cea My listings Alan is a 1973 graduate of Wittenberg University, Springfield Ohio, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree. Alan joined the Cutler team in August, 2006. Alan has been in the real estate industry since 1978, becoming a licensed real estate agent in 1984. Since that time Alan has had a diversified career assisting clients and prospects in all phases of commercial real estate - Multi-family, land, retail, office, warehouse, industrial, business brokerage and property management. Alan has represented Sellers, Buyers, Landlords, Tenants and Organizations. Central Ohio, particularly the Columbus market area and Delaware County have been Alan's geographical area of concentration. Alan is currently a member of the Delaware County Board of Realtors, the Columbus Commercial, Industrial and Investment Realtor Organization, The Delaware Area Chamber of Commerce and Main Street Delaware. Alan believes strongly in community involvement. He has served as a volunteer member of the Delaware Area Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Committee and Main Street, Delaware's Economic Restructuring Committee and remains active with both organizations.
