Having grown up in Delaware, Tom has seen the growth of Delaware County take place around him. After High School, Tom joined the United States Air Force and served in Okinawa Japan and Alaska where he met his wife of almost 20 years. After Alaska, Tom worked for the Department of Defense in Sembach, Germany for two years before returning to Delaware to start his Real Estate Career. With over 12 years in the Real Estate Industry, Tom has had Multi-Million dollar years every year including his first full year of sales. Tom also started Meridian Homes in 1997 building 8 to 12 Custom Homes a year along with developing small tracts of land. He feels this gives him a unique perspective on the value and potential of local Real Estate. Tom and his family reside in Southern Delaware County.
